Our self-contained luxury apartment is on the second floor of our home, 15 minutes’ walk from Colchester town centre.
We can accommodate one or two guests in a twin-bedded room.

The style and furnishing of the apartment is contemporary. It is spacious and light, with garden views from the French doors and balcony.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Guests can choose an English or Continental breakfast. Generally, dietary requirements can be provided as long as we have prior warning.
LOCATION
Colchester and the surrounding area have much to offer visitors and we would be pleased to give you help and advice regarding places of interest, entertainment and transport. Please see the main Location page on this web site for further information.
Our house is a short walk from the town centre and buses run regularly, stopping nearby.
There is free car parking in a side road 30 yards from our house. A sketch map giving detailed directions to our premises can be sent on request.

Please note the following points:
- We do not have disabled access.
- There is a no smoking policy on the premises.
- Payment is by cheque or cash only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards.
- Cheques must be accompanied by a bank card.
- Guests are welcome to arrive any time after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate your room by 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
- Guests have their own key to facilitate entry after 11:00pm and are requested to keep noise to a minimum between 11:00pm and 6:00am.
